Favorite Sub Movie

Hunt for the red october. great novel, great movie. Sean connery does a great job in this film. i recomend for anyone who wants to see a fairly realistic asw scenario.

flintlock 02-17-07 12:45 AM

I never read the book, but I did enjoy the movie. Did you find the book better, perchance?

loynokid 02-17-07 10:50 AM

 :hmm: I thought Crimson Tide was a pretty good 'present day' effort :sunny:
Crimson Tide has more horkers per minute than any naval movie ever made. It's utterly bad.

(Start with the COB wearing an officer's cover.)

Nobody seems to have mentioned Operation Pacific, starring The Duke.
