:oops: I just did something very stupid. While updating the website, I accidently uninstall the wrong php Installer.
This in turn has automatically deleted the entire site folder of the server (With no backups :wah:).
This means I have to totally rebuild from scratch a new website. :damn:

Oh well stupid is as stupid does :88)

Yah just as well you didn't upload :D.
Currently using Concrete5 webdesign and was looking to rebuild using wordpress anyway.
Actually that is partly why the incident happened. I had created a sub Website inside the main one for testing and was setting that one up.

So Now I'm gonna just restart via wordpress (More powerful for creating sites)
No might be best in the long run :D.

Yaah - good ole DreamHost they have my site backed up on there system.
They just restored it :D:D

Will do my own backup this time and have a look at wordpress to see about a newer version in the meantime :up:

lets consider having a backup of the server folder somewhere? Im willing to chip in if there are small costs involved I always keep back ups of my working files as well, as we should all do. data loss could be a real drag later on:salute:

There site in very good that way. Gives you the option to backup your site (Just hadn't done it myself yet :oops:) but they also create backups themselves of your site - thats how I got it back (Didn't expect it to work) :up:.
Currently also making a copy of it via FTP on to my own PC so all should be good.
Still I like what can be done via wordpress compared to concrete5 that i'm currently using - so I may look at redoing the site anyway ;).
But not replacing the current one till its done ;)

I will also upload the logo if you prefer to use it to my mediafire account.

And also check you email i just sent you a link to the files you are waiting for and instructions to open it is in mail.

Send me an answer the minute you have it so i can go to mediafire to delete it even if it password i don't want to take any chances.

the blog section of the new website has dropped the text from your blog about needing modders for terrain, etc.

also: will the RSS feed on the blog portion update us if you load photos/video?

Hi Hans, I have been away from SHIII and the Subsim forums for a long time and only just got this wonderful game working again on my new Window's 7 pc.
