So I grew tired of the La Spezia heat and took my trusty friend U-60 to Norway. Maybe I should have acclimated her to the sudden drop in temperature, 'cause when I dropped her into the water she just plain refused to stay in:-?...
I guess I need to re-take that course in u-boat handling:cry:... |

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Ikke akkurat badetemperatur!!!!! Excellent, mate!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl: |
Is this a new model?
I spotted it near English coast. (USA hasn't entered the war yet, so I couldn't sink it.) http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/7973/sh3006in5.jpg |

Kaleu: "Bernard, for the LAST time, your duty is to watch the PORT side. You're looking to the STARBOARD side AGAIN!!!" Bernard: "Sorry, but I always mix those two..." Kaleu: "This is useless, go down and slice some potatoes." |

I know, it's a Q-ship! They've moved things around to disguise it! Any second now the 'funnel' will drop and expose the hidden 4" gun! |
About my earlier picture... I checked the ship manual, and there is a ship like that, named Coastal Tanker.
Oh, well, here is the next one. These crew members were so surprised by Catalina, that they lost their heads. Even thought the depth charge didn't anywhere near the boat. (Unfortunately, in next pass, that plane scored a direct hit and killed both flak gunners, but we managed to return to port, hull integrity 72%. I should have dived instead of trying to fight, it is january 1941 after all.) http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/4453/sh3007qe9.jpg |
Bernard joins the royal navy and tries his hand at reverse parking!!!

Bernard : No ships in sight, Captain!
http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/1...0062149nn0.jpg I'm about to fire my watch crew, they didn't report this!!! http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/5...0062129ak7.jpg At least I didn't suffer to much...:arrgh!::arrgh!: http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/9...0062232hf8.jpg http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/3...0062244zy9.jpg Gotta love the liners!!! |
:o Wow bookworm
1941, grid BE , Liners? If this is true , I need to make an note in my agenda about this |
 There you are sinking dozens of them in as much time as it takes to blink, and I've only seen one; and it was in a friendly port! :damn:

Best place is the line between BE 12 and BE 13 a 1/3 of the way down from the top. It stars from 1940 and finnishes around the end of 1942 (I think!) Just listen for them, at 21 knots you'll know if there in the area!!!
This is the stock standard version of the game, so I can't vouch for GW or NYGM. Good hunting:arrgh!: |
:arrgh!: well at least its worth to look around there, I use GW.
So I'll peek times to times around that spot |

The U-46 left the port of wilhelmshaven,
(U-46 Type VIIB , Herrkaleun Bernard Dummköpf) they were spotted by the Type IIA U-8 http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/7361/cursedbn0.jpg |
