Seems like somebody being persecuted for trying to keep up with all his reading versus "people" who claim passing a bill is the only way to find out what's in it. :har:

The problem still remains that if there are no records of it, it's just Trump's word and since this wasn't the first line of defense Trump took it can be easily questioned whether he is telling the truth. IIRC, he first denied there being documents, then suggested FBI planted them, next he tried to blame Obama and then he finally said he had a "standing order" that anything he took from the Oval Office would automatically be declassified. It also confirms that Trump was aware of the documents as the statement said Trump often took documents with him so he could work from home (lol), which puts to question why he didn't return them as NARA asked? Something tells me they haven't really thought this one trough. :hmmm: |
its so much toss dude. Ultimately even if he is convicted there are enough conservative justices that since it is unprecedented it could be appealed and appealed. Its just going to end up costing the tax payers a bunch of money and all the bureaucrats get paid their salaries.
I'll take it seriously when they also decide to investigate and prosecute Hunter Biden. |

But don't you worry, I am sure the DOJ will take a random internet person's grievances in consideration when deciding whether to indict Trump or not. :yeah: |

Enjoy your Zaporizhzhia milkshake, wonder if the last thing you will be thinking about is Trump while enjoying. |
Do you actually live in Finland or its just pretend and you live in Delaware?
I think this whole thing might be more twisted than first realized. Perhaps the whole thing was to sabotage DeSantis Presidential campaign by the Democrats. I was all set to vote for him over Trump but not after this political farce. Maybe they feel they can rally more support against Trump. :hmmm: |

I should not take part in a discussion where I have no clue what I am talking about-And he's right.
I thought that in every country where there's a law it's up to a judge or a Jury to find out the accused intention. Like murder-Was it on purpose/planned = Murder 1st degree Or was it by mistake. About Trump Did he remove these paper on purpose or not !? This should be wrong according to a response I got. If some of you have knowledge about American justice and laws then please enlighten me. Thank you in advanced Edit Background-To this comment. Someone wrote "He's guilty, they have found secret paper at his home" I answered- Not necessary it's up to the Jury and judge to figure out his intention behind this " End edit Edit 2 Sorry it is the prosecutor who shall convince the Jury that he did on purpose End edit 2 Markus |
