welcome back!

mwood541!:Kaleun_Salute: Nice silent run since 2007! That's two back to back infamous :subsim: seven-year-itches!! :arrgh!::arrgh!:

That's right ...BBY. It's always when I finally get a new pc and I want to see how much further I can push the graphics settings.

I hope someone can help me with my 'pause game' issue cause I am dying to see this on my new Alienware. I've been watching Wolfpack on YouTube and trying to copy his mod setup - his game looks out of this world compared to original vanilla.

Thanks in advance guys.

SOLVED

I finally figured out the all of the time compression settings in my main.cfg somehow got removed. Crazy. Thanks guys.

The AOB and bearing indicator in the TDC panel are the wrong way around in this mod. Does anybody know how to fix that?

It requires editing the configuration files. I have been working on it for myself but haven't had the time to finish it up.

Difficulty seeing navigation lines on map

My old eyes are having trouble seeing the light grey lines and sector abbreviations on the navigation map. Any idea what file and lines I need to edit to make the lines a little darker or thicker? I am using the ARB widescreen mod with the Tycho patch.

Looks like it is in data/Menu/cfg/Maps.cfg but I am not sure what lines to adjust or if it is even possible to change.

You can with TychoSh3Patch but you have to modify the TychoSh3Patch.map file.

Thank you, but any idea what I need to modify?

diego_gut 01-18-21 10:23 PM

TychoSh3Patch.map is already configured for different colors, I have not tried to change them yet. The patch comes with a readme that explains how and the file itself is commented so you know what to change. You need to find out the hex code of the color you want and use it in the file, most graphics programs can give you the code you want.

Anyone know of a 400 meter depth gauge mod for ARB WideGUI? One that actually allows you to select, say, 300 meters on the gauge and boat will dive to that?

Hey CapZap old bud, is that activate with JSGME

prowler3 01-24-21 03:01 PM

I'm assuming by reading the "How to Install.txt" that this GUI mod can not be installed using JSGME?

I am still a bit confused on the ARB optional things:
1. "Adaptation for English and Deutsch". What is this and how is it properly installed? (JSGME??).

2. "Options". This seems pretty self explanatory but, again...how to correctly install?

Thank you for any help :salute:
