As a fan of SH3, I was really looking forward to buying SH4. However, right off the bat it was apparent that this product was released prematurely ,as evident by the simultaneous release of patch 1.1, and the feedback in many forums. I commend the developers for also releasing the subsequent 1.2 patch quickly. Unfortunately there is still a ways to go to get this simulation up to the level we all had hoped & dreamed for. Becuase of this, I have held off on buying it.

The lack of communication from Ubi to clearly spell out their intent to continue to make this product what it should have been, is disturbing. Your loyal and dedicated customer base deserves better.

I still have hopes of playing SH4 someday, but not if it's left in it's present state. The gameplay issues must be fixed. Historical inaccuracies I can live with (for a while).

Let your customers know they won't be left in the deep six, and announce your intent to release patch 1.3, and the issues it will address. Then you can count me as one of those SH4 customers that developers so love($$$).

Please Ubisoft, don't back down now. PC gaming will never die, but sloppy tested games from 'reputable' companies does not help the situation.

Right now SH4 is shelved, and I'm playing a lot of SH3, but I havent given up hope!

I also add my name to the list asking for UBISoft Development to continue support for Silent Hunter IV by releasing a 3rd patch to fix key issues that remain unresolved for this game.

You know, I've followed the silent hunter franchise since the first silent hunter, and Later than sooner after buying the forth game in the franchise, I've been finding myself reverting back to the first game. Silent hunter 4, for all it's graphical splender, isn't half as fun as the first game is or was in my opinion. With all the problems that plague it, I think it could be a great game If they we're fixed. What Pizzzz wissses me off is how gaming companys feel they have to release games early today without further testing to make deadlines. In the days of old when I was like 13 aces of the deep and silent hunter worked great out of the box. Now a days very few games work out of the box for your Pc because deadlines must be met. Enough ranting Please Ubi release Patch 1.3 and fix more than just the chronometer this time. :damn:

Please fix this wonderful sim by allowing the Silent Hunter 4
development team to complete their work and give them all the necessary resources to do so. You will be rewarded with loyal customers who will buy future products from you. (especially sub sims!)

yes come on what are you you doing over at ubi giving us a 1/2 finish game dont get me rong it's a good game but giving it us when it 1/2 finish think iam safe to that a lot of commander out there would of waited that littel bit longer till you had fininsh the game so come on with the 1.3:nope: :nope:

Ubisoft never finished SH3 in my opinion. So you really think that SH4 will be any different. I may buy SH4 as a budget title. But full price not a chance.

I think Neals list is quite conservative, too. There are a few more AI bugs than those ones.
