Ive only just started using this mod properly and I am having difficulty when weather conditions are stormy (as in most of the time  ). When the waves are high, I find it so difficult to count the vertical yellow marks and horizontal green marks. This is due to the waves covering the scope alot and the ship Im targeting is moving up and down. I was wondering if there was an easier way to use the mod in rough conditions or have people just put up with it and waited for the waves to uncover the scope and quickly do their calculations?. The realism option - No stabilize view is unticked by the way.

Forgot to say that even the speed is hard to get in rough seas as the periscope yet again goes under water while I am timing the ship from its bow to its stern. Anyone got any ideas of using the olc effectively when there is rough seas?.

Use it with the steady scope ( normal difficulty setting) No penalty cause the scope isn't working like it did RL

The realism option "No stabilize view" is not ticked. This will make it stable wont it?.

Un-tick it to make it realisticaly stable.

I have this working great in GWX 2.0 now. :D

Ive got it unticked

Well, if you have the option unticked and all, all I can say is live with it. If the water on the scope is pissing you off raise the scope as far as possible over the waves. If you're still having trouble getting a solution get in nice and close. If you have a bit of experience under your belt you can estimate range and AOB pretty well within half a k or so, and it won't matter if you're of a bit.
Remember, its a storm, its meant to be rough.

OLC 1.1 and GWX 2.0

Will OLC 1.1 for GWX 1.3 work as it is now for GWX 2.0??...I would like to try GWX 2.0 but I would really like to not have to give up this mod.
Anyone running it in 2.0 now? If so, any problems??

Check out post #299 in this thread. Download that little utility, and follow the directions to allow for use with GWX 2.0.

Hi Captains,

Good News first problem solved.

Have got the TDC to always be in view when in attack periscope or UZO. Can toggle auto-update with keyboard or switch. When you move the periscope you can see it updating. On exiting the 2 stations the TDC atomatically disappears.

Hi Guys!

I noticed that the stopwatch which GWX normally has is gone with this mod.
I'm running GWX2.0 with OLC GUI and the double mast fix.

I would like to have that little pull down stopwatch back. :) Does anyone know a solution?

Hello guys,

First, thanks for your excellent mod :) .

I 've just a question about it (I don't seen it above) : the colored chronometer don't seem to me very immersive :-? . Is it possible to change it ?

Thanks :)
