Airborn Submarine

Thanks to Time Traveller's SH3 Inspector, I managed to play with the sub's horse power and top speed. I launched the sub clear out of the water. First on accident then I had to get a pic:D http://executioners-association.com/...flyingsub7.jpg

This was done (many times and by many folk) a long time ago :hmm:

Flying sub

My apologies for being a little late in the game

S'okay; it's still a cute trick. You should see what happens to battleships when hit by 'nuclear' torpedoes...Upsy Daisy!:rotfl:

Oh, and, uh, WELCOME ABOARD!:sunny:

Thank You! :D
I still thought the screenshot was amusing for others to come across (an 1800 ton sub soaring 34m thru the air lol)

Don't apologise matey....it's just that I was gonna buy that boat next and the salesman said it was in 'nearly new' condition

No, you'll have to wait until the next century; 2005 to be exact. Then you'll be able to by a simulation game, and then somebody will create a mod for it. "What's a mod?", you ask. That's something that will come with the advent of the personal computer. No, it's nothing like your TDC; it's a little more advanced than that. Don't worry about it, your grandkids will love it, and if you're still around they'll suddenly show up asking all kinds of questions about your adventures in the Silent Service, to which you will likely answer "Don't ask me about the details, kids; I just drove the damn thing!"

Damn it mate, you're good on makin' me feel like a fool.

Sailor Steve 08-27-07 07:21 PM

Well, I've had a lot of practice - with myself!

I always say: "Some people are born stupid; I've had to work hard all my life to get this way. But I'm proud of the great job I've done."

It may have been done before, but that is one of the better screenies and you can make them even better by hitting num lock (if it's not already on), then Del and 'pause' and the control panel will disappear.
