Not that I really think a private company is going to hand out the Source Code for any program that isn't governed under the GNU License, nor do I believe that they will hand out the developers kit. At least not without some form of reimbursement for the work you are doing on their code. I mean, really, just because you say you won't do anything to make money off of what you put out, they have no gaurantee's. No, while it would be nice, I don't think it will ever actually happen.
