I thought the New York Giants vs New England game was the playoffs ...

That was a great game ... Moss and Brady makes all the difference in the world.

This is the plan for January 2008

 Chargers vs Titans

 Chargers vs Colts

 Chargers vs New England

 Chargers AFC Champions

Chargers vs ? Super Bowl 42

It will be interesting to see how NE does, as they did not exactly shine in the last quarter of the season.

Yeah they were discussing that on Sky Sports. The points per game slumped from like, 35 to about 23

Sorry. I didn't want to ruin everyone's season, but now that it is over, I can say that the draft day incidents left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I lost interest after it. I doubt very much that I will be running a FF league next year.

In terms of real-world football, I hope that anyone beats New England. I just do not like that coach and quarterback. In fact, I dislike them so that I cannot even bear to mention them by name, and they will be henceforth known as 'those people'.

No i dont like Michael Vick.
But what has a losser like Vick got to do with Coach Belichick and Brady?
Last time i looked they were not in prison for dog fighting?

Oh well, I just wanted to say "thanks, for inviting me." I had a really good time. What all do you need to do to run a league? Is it a hassle or pretty easy?

geetrue 01-02-08 02:13 PM

Sweet!

Jyles Tucker had three sacks including a sack, forced fumble and fumble recovery in the end zone
during the Chargers’ 30-17 win in Oakland...his touchdown gave Chargers 24-10 third-quarter advantage.

Michael Vick's dogfighting ring did not harm you personally, just as no player or coach from the New England Patriots, or any other football team has personally harmed me. I just think that Belickick is a jerk, and Brady is a pretty boy. Outside of this, I do not require any more in order to like or dislike them, as this is merely professional football, not interational politics or questions of one's eternal soul.

For nik,

Running a FF league is actually a lot of work. You really have to montior the scoring to fine tune your formulae, as well as be there to remind members of a number of events, ranging from draft day to trade and waiver deadlines.

This is so cool. People around here have been saying those things about all the great teams that have beaten us over the years and it's soooo nice to hear someone else saying it out my team for a change...

nikimcbee 01-06-08 12:06 AM

Seachickens and Jags. I left to work and the Jags were assbeating the Steelers, I turned the internet on ond the Steelers came back.:hmm:
