Here I can't activate Paypal because they require a home phone ( and I have only the cell phone )

Yes sir, if you do not wish to use Paypal, the next best way is Amazon, simply send an Amazon e-gift card

I subscribed with a $5.00 membership quite a while ago. I just realized that I had been continuously billed for the service thinking it was a one time fee. I am trying to cancel this but am having difficulty through paypal. I probably purchased it as a guest or something because when I login with the email that the receipt was sent to, there is no mention of a SUBSIM charge on it. Any help would be appreciated.
