Ok Mush me ole mate one after action report with screenies from my first IXB uber boat patrol and before i go any further wow any way's here we go.

I started of from Kiel on Sept the 2nd 1939 and headed for the Kanal(yes i am insane an d have a note to say so) and with in being there ten mins later here we go. so basically other than the wee radar thingy ship handled like a dream i took out 28 ships ranging from 600 tons to 8500 tons and 7 aircraft. Patrol total tannage was 68,386 tons 80% of which done with the guns the rest with eels due to bad weather and the eels handled very well(thank gods for read me's).

Any way the U-122 mission area was BF67 and i was all round the isles, loch ewe was a bum rush was mostly Neutrals most i took out was 2 armed trawellers(buckets) and 1 V&W class 2 hurri's and 1 anson and then went on a round scotland trip mostly running into small stuff no convoys as yet as its so early in the war. Ok onto the screenis now enjoy.

Upto now I had always assumed that all type IX's use the same
Hull in Sh3 apparently I have been mistaken about that. this
is a pic from ducimus top is a VII middle is a IXD2 and bottom a IXB or C
now I have to redo it all over again. oh well ill just make a small a medium
and a large. Large for men med for ladies and typeIIa armed with only
starshells and a searchlight that wont turn off for Sharkbait.

Regarding Uber as we all know it still work to be done to make
it releaseable

after commiting the other day to work up a type VII mini uber
I discovered that I have been using the wrong hull for main
uber since beginning. this means a rework for main uber.

this will cause some delays.

VII and IXD2 Uber will likely take a little longer as IXB uber is built
and Just needs engineering touchups to finish.whereas the other
two arent built yet. the other two will have the same inherent problems
as IXB uber but by then hopefully IXB will have prototyped the solutions.

now my plan is to include three ubers in a single mod.

Or should I name them after cats.
