Next station for the Palestinian Arabs: UN High Courts. Station after that: sueing Israel over almost everything
:har::har::har::har::har::har::har:
In the real world there are two things to consider before deciding if that is true or just more Skybull.
Firstly what is Israels current agreements concerning the UN courts and its jurisdiction?
Secondly what will any future issues require both parties to agree to before hand?

So, Skybull much?:yep:

East Jerusalem project could bury two-state solution

The Israeli left and the US administration view the planned establishment of the Mevasseret Adumim neighborhood in E-1 as the last nail in the coffin of the two-state solution. It would effectively bisect the West Bank and sever the physical link between the Palestinian territories and Jerusalem.
The story goes on....

Why are we getting involved? :o

UK summons Israel ambassador over settlements

The UK has summoned Israel's ambassador in London over the plans to expand settlement building in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Foreign Office warned of a "strong reaction", but dismissed reports that the British ambassador in Tel Aviv could be withdrawn.

Typical Western two-faceness. The 3000 homes being approved now already had been planned and mulled sinc elong before the UN vote. It is just coincidence that they are being waved thorugh now. Maybe they now announced it "a couple of days" earlier, but the process behind the plan is much older.

So far the only 100% reaction of Israel to the UN coup is the freezing of money. It won'T remain the only one, I assume. If Abbas thinks he had brought himself back into the match,m he probbaly will find out that he indeed has acchieved right the opposite. Israel will bypass him even more than it already did in the past, and instead focus on trying to politically entangle the Hamas in obligations that will hinder it to act by open terror anymore. Fatah just is not interesting for them anymore: incapable and impotent, corrupt and with anything but an impressive record.

Western nations juts love to declare themselves friends of Israel - an demanding it to agree to slowly being deconstructed by its own stupidity. That way you can be "anti" without needing to admit that you are "anti". You can be anti without needing to defend yourself for it. Sly!!

Who ever criticize building in the place in question(Ma'ale adumim) has no sense of reality or geography or is a plain idiot.
Or It is simply populist bull.....
This region is part of Israel one way or another....if ever ever once upon a time any agreement is made.
Palestinians may have UL Em Fahen as compensation. :03: or what ever.

Criticizing building in those places actually blocks any possibility of sensible agreement or compromise about the so called territories.
It gives the Palestinians legitimacy for impossible claims further blocking possibility of mutual compromise.

all this outcry is just a bull....about nothing really.... and actually damaging the actual possibility of peace process.

What "actual peace process"...? I'm not aware of any since the mid-90s. The last events linked to a "peace process" worth the name were the Palestinians spoiling it again back then, two times, by sticking to maximum demands, insisting on total access for all Palestinians to all Israeli territory, and refusing to accept the right to exist of Israel. When Netanjahu got elected in - 1999 or 2000?, he rected to that total denialk by setting up new settlement plans for Israel. Of course, his reaction then was relabled as the cause, and since then he is seen as the guilty one and the Palestinians being the victims.

The Palestinians just want it all. And they get away with it in global opinion. They do not negotiate for getting anything less. They did not get what they wanted ("all"), so now they turned to the UN to give them all they want so that the must not negotiate with Israel, but just can pressurize it diplomatically, and sue it and the Un courts. It is only a question of time before they will now also be granted access to UN courts, and then they will start a show - bet?

"Peace process".:haha: Good joke! :yeah: Impotent Western political leaders must keep the myth alive, else they would need to admit that either themselves they have no role to play, or that they must try to destroy Israel themselves and accept responsibility for it, instead of just hoping that Israel would accept to destroy itself, and then Westerners shaking hands with right those Muslim powers that they are so eager to appease, hoping that this way they will be save.

Nobody listens to the EU in climate questions. Nobody listens to the EU in financial questions. Nobody listens to the EU in military and security questions. Nobody cares for the EU's idea of new cultural mono-identity. Nobody wants to follow the EU's shining "lead" - and this although the EU means it all so well! :D That hurts! But at least in collaboration with Islam and Arabs the EU will show how powerful it is, Israel will be taught a lesson, here is where the EU will prove its determination! :har:

P.S. No strike against you, M.H., I understood your post correctly. ;) I'm mocking about the illusion of a still existing peace process in general, not about you. Just adding this because I realised my posting could be misunderstood as being directed against you, which it isn't.

Palestinian 'with axe' killed by Israeli forces in West Bank

Quote:

Israeli security forces have shot dead a Palestinian man in the West Bank.
Quote:

Details are unclear, but an Israeli police spokeswoman said the man had approached them wielding an axe.

Reports say the man had been driving a car between the settlements of Shavei Shomron and Einav, raising the suspicions of the security personnel.

They began chasing him and his car collided with their own vehicle, which then overturned. The man is then said to have come towards them with the axe.

Two of the security personnel were lightly injured in the crash.
