In the United States, we have "minimum security" prisons. They are, essentially, prisons for rich people. Much, MUCH nicer than being in a maximum security prison. One, nicknamed "Club Fed," is surrounded by a golf course in Florida. The inmates can't actually PLAY golf, but they have that nice scenery. And I also recall hearing about how some inmates at one of these institutions played volleyball on the beach.
We are entering a second Gilded Age in America, w/a lot of help from those who are being/are going to be victimized. We could power D.C. w/the spinning from Upton Sinclair's grave!!
