RE: Notice of Intent to File Lawsuit

Dear Mr. Squirrel and all you conspirators,

This letter of intent to sue shall serve as a formal notice that Rockstar intends to commence a lawsuit against you due to the following: Denial of winnings, prizes and recognition of his greatness and winning personality and theft of his winter stash of nuts.

I. The Plaintiff. Rockstar______________________

II. The Defendant. Whac-A-Squirrel its subsidiaries and conspirators__________________.

III. Settlement Demand. As a result of your actions, the Plaintiff seeks relief in the form of: Payment in the amount of one 2 pound bag of shelled walnuts, a case of Olympia beer, recognition as greatest winner of all time and a free foot massage at Lolita's Massage Parlor of Love.

The offer to cure and/or settle this lawsuit is valid until such time as people get bored and tired of posting or a moderator locks this thread.

Actually, the term Sasquatch kind of offends me and my European roots. I prefer the term "Sliver-backed Yeti" or "Yetensile" (capable of earning a pay check). :D
