I'm still cleaning my monitor and keyboard and clothing and the floor between my desk and the head.:Kaleun_Sick:

Sorry, FF. We're hosing it into the bilges. Get your mucklucks and hazmat suit.
A standard issue clothes pin might help too... so you don't add to the mess.

Too late, I already did. :Kaleun_Sick:

No way. He's got the hair, he clearly works out, has guns, a guitar and owns a video game console to boot. He is the very picture of hot.

A prime example of a secure man, able to call another man hot without fear.

You know when you saw my picture of me and my dog, you just wanted to give us both a big hug, didn't you.

I'm sure you hug many men when you go to church....admit it.

We're just trying to make you boys feel comfortable. Maybe we're going about it wrong, but our intentions are pure. Look, back in post 268 you were giving your friends instructions on how you want to be touched. We didn't mock you. In post 273 you advertised how you would like to cuddle and spend the day together. Again, we responded with no derision.

We accept your chosen lifestyle. We are glad that you feel comfortable enough on the forum to invite your companions. We welcome you.

I won't admit anything other than I don't go to church. Organized religion is not a concept I subscribe to. I have nothing against it because it does serve a purpose to those in need of it. God's sanctuary resides within me and requires no brick or mortar or money. I follow his commandments as best I can up to and including keeping the sabbath days holy. Reserved for his honor and glory. That day falls from sun down on Friday to sun down on Saturday. Most of the organzed religions don't do this one simple thing. Men have polluted the day of worship to make it fit their calender and their secular needs. "Of the world" so to speak. Have you ever wondered why those of the Jewish faith go to synagogue on Saturday?
Because that is the seventh day. The day of rest.
But, don't get me wrong, I love my brothers but, I have no need to physically display it like the Sodomites.:hmph:

A correct man hug.

You should ask Steve for a link to his post describing what happened when we met in Houston in 2008.

No pictures of that not-quite-Kodak moment, but plenty of story.

Nice one

Great stuff, hadn't read that yet. Maybe we could get Neal to do another meet at Charleston SC.

We kid we kid

As men we kid each other about such things. There is nothing wrong with the occasonal bro hug to show our love, respect and admiration of each other. But, those of us that are flaming hetrosexual know where to draw the line in the sand, l'est we devolve into violence against our brethren for ill percieved intentions. I have no problem with the, let's just call them, eccentric male types( more than likely caused by some accident of biology moreso than wanton choices of odd lust) as long as they keep it to themselves. It's all good.
I have an eccentric cousin who today suffers the consequences of acting on those feelings and he is HIV positive. Probably from sharing needles more than sharing a bed with a same sex partner. Maybe both, I dunno and won't pry into his personal life. It's his life, his business and none of mine. He was raised by a step father who was married to his firebrand of a mother along with three sisters. They all love him and that's all that counts. So hug away fellas and be Fabulous if you're comfortable with it.

He and I didn't see eye to eye one summer day and we got into a fight. He slapped and I punched. By the third blow his flight instinct kicked in and he ran away crying as his mother blessed him down for not taking up for himself. She probably whipped him on top of the beating I gave him.:stare:

Actually if you read the whole thread (not mine but Neal's) you'll see the whole long story of how it came about. That one was in Houston because that's where Neal lives, and it just sort of organized itself. Not really - there was a lot of hard planning involved - but everybody talked about it before it happened. In 2009 there was one in Copenhagen, and in 2010 August had one at his place. Neal couldn't make it and neither could I, but it still happened.

If you want something where you are you'll have to start the ball rolling yourself. Outside of Houston Neal doesn't take a big part in the planning, as far as I know. That's your job. :sunny:
