Oh, and I used to run a sports and social club bar - the profit we were allowed to make was in the region of 10% (we had little or no overheads (Sky was the biggest!) and all staff were volunteers) and we just to push mostly real ales at about the £1 mark, regular lagers were about £1.30 and spirits were wholesale cost + 10% divided by (I think) 28 (shots per bottle), so some were cheaper than others!

I miss that life! :wah:
