Forgive the ignorance - but do I just extract to the SH3 folder ? There does not seem to be an .exe in there

Well its in a folder inside the rar so extract to desktop and copy the contents to your SilentHunterIII directory - overwrite the ones in there

They worked on my pc before I patched so might be worth a go
