Your not alone

Boeing, for the history. I don't ride modern airliners, so I go back to the Boeing 100 Monomail, 299/B-17, Stratocruiser, B-29, B-52, 707/720/727/737 (a very pretty series, though De Havilland's Comet was prettier), all the classics.

Boeing for sure. They have been in business much longer than Airbus, and were the ones who revolutionized the industry. Also, because the A380 is an incredibly expensive dud that will only sell to a few European and Asian carriers. It's ridiculously huge and most Airlines that are already flying the 747 will just buy the 747-8 rather than spending a ton building new infrastrucure to support the A380, at the few airports that can accomadate it. Plus the 787 will be a real winner and will beat the pants off the A350!

But how is the seating configuration as The Avon Lady asked. How about legroom, aisles, seats per row?
I really don't know, I never flew one.

Got about 85 hours in the T-37 tweet during my time down at Laughlin. Lots of fun, especially during formation flying. Interestingly enough, this jet has the quickest G' onset of any aircraft in the USAF inventory.

Airbus or Boeing???? Undecided. :shifty: Both manufacture great jets.

I'm a sucker for F-14D. Can't beat 120mile AIM-54!
