Not exactly sure of the process, but I believe they'd had have to have been nominated in the first place. No nomination = no chance of award.

No doubt though; some excellent work done.

On the SH3 front... it would have been nice to have seen some posted for SH3... & had I known just when nominations had begun... would have certainly put forth some nominations... though, would have been very hard pressed to narrow it down to just 1 finalist, in that category.... & Not just with SH3 alone, either. :hmmm: :yep:
