After drinking this, business as usual will probably involve sleeping down the back of the TV, especially if you consider yourself to be a party of six...

Looking forward to it big-time :yep:

Food, drink and lot's of time with family. It doesn't get much
better than that. And oh yeah, some time off work is always a
bonus :)

A lot of the alchohol evaporates so a glass of mulled wine is a lot less potent than normal wine

Well, you take
  • One peeled and sliced orange (keep peel to add zest to taste into cooking pot)

Try to use organic oranges. There are too many pesticides in the peel of regular ones and you don't want to drink that stuff.:Kaleun_Sick:

I just wash them with vodka. the alcohol cleans them and leaves no trace.

It is one of my favourite holidays. I love christmas music, shopping, decorations, the lot. Now if I could only figure out how to keep relatives away, it would be a perfect holiday.

I celebrate Christmas the old fashion way, lots of food, lots of laughs, a big beautiful tree, with all the family squeezed in one house! Wouldn't have it any other way!

What did Mrs Claus say to Santa Claus as he left on Christmas Eve?

"Take care, I hope the weather stays fine and it doesn't Reindeer."

I my self are not so much into this Christmas hysteria.

A walk down the street I can see that almost everyone has put up Christmas decorations

However our food stores and others have either abandon the tradition or have decreased it.

Or put the lid on at an angle and let vodka run into a glass near the pot

Decided to put the tree-in-a-box and other assorted festive nick-naks up this weekend. My wife will be in charge of making tea and criticizing!

Doing exactly what a wife does.
Those that can, do. Those that can't, criticize.

A variation on that is, those that can do, those that can't, teach.
