By the mere act of still going to vote you will help to spell disaster. By that you are no longer victims of bad policy and corruption, but accomplices in crime. The problem is not so much a name or a party. The problem is the system itself.

They whistle and you obediently dance.

Think again.

Really? I didn't know he had a penchant for Micky D's.
I used to like McDonalds when i was a kid, but I haven't really liked them for as long as i can remember. Their burgers just aren't as good anymore.

Good point! He did love fast food places. The artist of the picture did a good job depicting Clinton.

Somebody has a lot of artistic talent, and way too much time on their hands.

One would think so, but there are no Aliens with green blood in Halo. Again, just being pedantic.

Those are really cool. Washington is crossing the Delaware River, Lincoln's gun is call "The Emancipator", Teddy Roosevelt's battle with the bear acknowleges the teddy bear (but his gun so should have been named "The Big Stick"), FDR in the powered armor references his handicap and is covered in his slogans, and Reagan is riding (reference to his cowboy image) and has a DARE sticker on his saddle. Kennedy is in space as a reference to the moon challenge. There's a lot of neat stuff in these.

geetrue 03-05-13 05:28 PM

I can see the head lines now if Mrs Clinton runs for president:

"Monica's secret baby"
pictures inside ...

seriously though doesn't anyone remember Jeb Bush, as then govenor of the state of Florida, back in August
(no relation to our August) 2000 ordering 10,000 absentee ballots?

I do ... now I have to go look up how many votes his brother won by :o

fithah4 03-05-13 08:28 PM

Unfortunately YES!:nope: .....Still having to deal with laws and aggends put into effect during his reign!

I will not vote for either one of them as well!!!
Gov. Rick Scott has did no favors either ,with all the bad judgement calls and revenue policies.
Time for some new blood and working on the problems at hand.

Platapus 03-06-13 10:59 AM

Who knows, perhaps before I die, I can actually vote for a presidential candidate who cares about the United States as a whole, and not just a selected part.

Hey, a boy can dream. :yep:

No pact with Democrats. They wouldn't keep their word anyways.

Really you think Republicans are any better? I'm assuming you refer to politicians with that broad sweeping comment.

I can't. The threat of America's nuclear arsenal was used as type of big stick policy during the Cold War; maybe that's what (s)he was going for. It wasn't Roosevelt's big stick, but that's the best that I could come up with.

I didn't say that but no I don't, and no I don't trust non politician Democrats either.

Now that is respectable. :yep:

Oberon 03-06-13 08:46 PM

I've heard good things about the Libertarians, but at the end of the day, as it is with anything in life, the most important thing to be, is yourself. :03:
