If he repeats his MO (Modus Operandi...method of operation) I doubt he is about these days.

SHouldn't these snipers wear camo with leaves in their helmets or maybe even the kitchen sink? :D

Yup and don't do a rapid shooting at the same place.

He should have rest his rifle on a man's shoulder a bit distance to the small hole for a better concealment. So the smoke doesn't give off.

I hope he has learned his lesson otherwise I don't think we will ever see him again.

Well I think a piece of furniture like a wardrobe or something would have been steadier than a mans shoulder but yeah definitely put the muzzle back a bit from the opening and it helps hide the shot. Also confines most of the sound to the room making it more difficult to locate what direction it's coming from.
