I have a German butcher I deal with and he makes EXCELLENT pork sausage. :up: I prefer pork sausage and I don't care if the Jewish and or Muslim people don't.:D

Best sausage I ever had was boudin from Nunu's Market in Louisiana. I guess boudin technically counts as sausage, no?
