Hacking their banking account and pushing them deep into the reds. Hacking the federal databases and deleting member's social security numbers and ID files. Hacking any hospital records and personal health data files and inventing disease and problems of data owner that they do not really have.
Really - use your fantasy! You can make any torturer look like a bloody dilettante when knowing how to hack such databases. ;)
Imagine a life without driving license, credit cards, ID cards, anything. People got stranded for months and years on foreign airports over reasons of not having had their passports with them and thus not being allowed in or out! |
