The guy must have an attractive personality.I'd assume that this man is for some reason unable or unwilling to have a normal relationship with a living breathing person and has not sought help.Or maybe he knows what he wants and does not want to deal with anything else of course some doll is not going to be like the real thing but maybe that is his compromise.

Anyway It does not really bother me if that is what makes the guy happy so be it.He is not hurting anyone else either so it works out for everyone and whoever even the plastic.

I'm having a tough time figuring out which one's more effeminate.

Years ago on HBO they showed the company that made realistic love dolls. These things look so real in some pictures you can't tell the difference between fake and human. The price range is hefty, $6-20,000.
Now they've added robotics to some. They said some have even been used as doubles in movies for some sex scenes.

They showed a number of men that had them that gave up dating, one woman even divorced her husband claiming he left her for the doll. Some men dress them, take them out, etc



Faces do look fairly real.
