I do have one request though, if a person has to leave the game early, can we not continue the game without them, as I think it is a little unfair. After all, they cannot respond to new vehicle offers, they cannot replace old vehicles and they cannot expand. Yes, they will gain money, but if their fleet becomes ancient and unreliable then eventually they will begin to dip and perhaps even lose money. Furthermore, if one of their vehicles is destroyed, they cannot replace it.

about server closure, well I'm fine to close down when someone goes off for the night. The status of each company just before close down of last night: http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/2493/88836902.jpg HunterICX |

BTW Hunter you sod, I should have twigged what you were up to with so many buses and trams...the old 'improve reputation with thousands of bus services' trick. No wonder you shot up the chart. :damn:
|
He...wasn't really my goal :)
As most of the towns and cities on the map are still too small for a big railway line, I noticed that trams and buses make for a good profitable alternative. but don't worry....Oberon http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/3...k100main99.jpg wit trains too HunterICX |
Well, as long as it's not like Raptors cunning plans with trains:

First post updated with the Tutorials found by Oberon, if you find more please share :yeah:
and a Railway Disaster log Raptor IIRC you had 2 trains crashed too correct? with how many casualties? perhaps later today I'll add cut outs of the in-game company summary(amount of vehicles, company value) under each name and try to keep it up to date after each game session. HunterICX |

I believe Task Force lost three trains, two in the head on collision and then one more coming out of the depot into the collision, so 105 plus 4.

Are you using a mod pack or do I really have to hunt those things down one by one?:dead:

Copy and paste this in the on top of the Data folder located in the main folder of OTTD in that pack are most of the addons we have enabled, just a few missing which are easy to find in the in-game modlist go to NewGRF (this is also where you enable the addons*) then click on the button which says Search Online Content a list will be shown and you just have to tag the ones you need and click download. *Read carefully, there are some various versions in that data pack so make sure you enable the right one in case of the UKRCS we use 0.7 which is shown in the description of the mod and the Addon pack HunterICX |
