I voted no, but then reconsidered my position whilst seeking clarification on the terms proposed.
If by 'mount everest' you mean 'my hotel roof, by way of internal air-conditioned stairs' and we are to take 'climb in winter' to mean 'piggy back on a sherpa during the height of equatorial summer in a tropical paradise' and by '$10bn' we actually mean 'an unrestricted expenses, fees and bar tab at the previously alluded hotel (recipient of minimum of 4 stars rating)', then my answer is yes. Emphatically.
I will be expecting my airline ticked within the week, and upon arrival, at least a half dozen tropical beauties to attend my needs - though not specified in the agreement, such expectations are implicit in the current understanding of 'tropical paradise'. We've all seen those adverts for 'bounty' and such like, so I don't think we have to name the particulars which we must all (by now) be thoroughly familiar with.
