The board of directors of the nobel prize can, within their charter, make any changes they are allowed to.

It may be nice to keep the rules the same, but hardly an obligation.

As long as you claim to give the prize on behalf of Nobel, you stick with his intentions. Simple. A redesign of the qualification rules also has not been announced by anyone, as fas as I know. Don't make this complicated again. Again you miss that the critizism is that they have fallen out of their rules/rights/charter. A charta founded by Nobel, btw, not the Norwegian Parliament or anyone else. They have hijacked the prize. The critizism is that they do not follow the charta anymore.

Is that because "complicated" tends to frequently illustrate the contradictions in your much vaunted as you have often said repeatedly for many year now positions.

But hey lets keep it simple, your objections make no sense and your rants about the awards even less as they all can fit within the frameword as set out by the founder of the prize in his own words.
Maybe you missed the actual words even though you quoted them
So Skybirds objection....Fail:rotfl2:
