mine also works fine and i mean to be here, in the forum of a game i play and enjoy. what would be the point otherwise? i could go post in the sh3 forums about all the bugs it still has but since i dont play it anymore, i'd just be talking **** and looking stupid. :D

T'was just a joke, a bit of stealthy jocularity. Especially since the server have already started again. As a side note, I've never experienced a server error, even when everybody else had them. I guess us 6-7 romanian players are routed through the dev's home server... :hmmm:

And we all know that software companies always adhere to their own EULA...

And what if UBI gets bought out or goes under?

Based on the (poor) quality of their releases and the fact that they are totally out of touch with their customers, this is not as far fetched as it might seem.

i dont know what to tell you. if an eula isn't enough for you, dont buy any software at all then. uninstall any software you already have as well. in fact, get rid of your computer too, just to be safe.

Relax. Such no-DRM "patches" have already existed for a long time, and Ubi has also demonstrated its willingess in re-branding them as official "no-cd patches" in a few cases. Whether this is the correct way to do it or not is open to debate, but at least it works :D

^ Exactly. There already is a DRM-free patch...we just need to wait for Ubisoft to adopt it as "theirs".

At least they are adopting! It's always a cherished thing when someone takes in a homeless game hack and gives it stability and love.
