Thank you. She looks fantastic! I wonder, if the tide came in, and I welded up the doors they put in the side, how much work would it take to get her running? :hmmm: Is there a working u-boat left in the world?

Habe auch gerade an dich gedacht .. Sicher siehst du die (Holz?)Planken auf dem Deck. Das Deck stört mich noch an deinem Modell, weil dort nämlich die Rumpftextur verwendet wird ;) vielleicht kannst du ja da irgendwann mal was machen ....

Awesome pics - was also looking for the TDC:) The control room looks cramped - in Sh3 it felt so roomy. It also appears fairly room in Sh5. What I remember from being on the boat in Chicago (u-505 i think) was that there wasn't a ton of head room - in places I had to hunch a bit. In SH3 and SH5 there appears to be a ton of head room - like a good two feet.
