What did you use to get the streaks/creases on your photo? I've been looking for a good filter or something to do that.

Just a random cracked wall texture blended with the original screenshot and edited all together.

F4ll3n: Is that a Hawker Sea Fury on point in front of a B-17A or B? Beautiful! Who's modeling the Hawker?

Yea it a Hawker in front of a B-24. Both Hawker and B-24 Cockpit come from real photos across Internet and both planes still fly (that what they ve been doing in the original photos) :)

Westbroek 04-14-10 10:49 AM

Very nicely done, man. We demand an encore production!

That shot is especially beautiful to me, for a couple of reasons.

1. Not all actual WW2 photos are grainy and scratched-looking. Some of them are exceptionally crisp and clear, and yours looks very real in that respect.

2. That doesn't work so well with SH3, since the clearer it is the more obvious that it's from a game. SH5 is so much better in that respect that your shot really does look like an original photograph.

I love it!
