19. That guy on deck next to the M/gun , is he doing the Haka ? 21. If I were those 2 standing there aft Id be trying to get those lifeboats down, as for the other 2 I take would be midship? standing there with a fire and I would think explosions Id be moving, not standing like there next to a cosy pub fireside. :) anyone know if the upper deck structure has an improved damage model or do rigs and cranes still fall off in one large piece as per older SHs? |

Thanks for the link Chicony and welcome to subsim!
cheers |
Well one good thing, looks like dynamic shadows are in fact still in the game sure hope so as that would add alot of immersion with the graphics, remember when sh3 had emm was bad ass when they actually worked right.
Crossing fingers so they dont remove em like they did the last two games:timeout: |
thx all for your warm welcome :sunny:
I'm ready for duty :salute: the dynamic shadows, the smoke... it's so wonderful |

I kind of liked the one with the shadows (number 6).

I think the crew didn't practicing fire drills, they are just standing there without a clue whats going on :DL

Picture #32 caught my attention. My German is not very good but it seems to me that you the ship identification can be done in several steps by answering questions like "how many masts the vessel has" or "where is the bridge located".
Or did I completely misunderstand that? |

but the screens show one thing again...the game has nice 3d graphics...even the interfaces are strongly recommended to be modified! ;) |
Yes Matyas, that was also my observation. Could it be arcadish or perhaps something that happened in the war?! There must have been hundreds of different classes of ships to sink...
