Maybe it was all just about provoking reactions.;)

I actually thought it was kind of funny, just because it involves Hitler and really a lot of creative thinking.

When will we have a STALIN drinking game?

There is a bit of a difference playing a german u-boat commander than getting rat arsed, doing Hitler salutes and saying things like One member suggested Bailey's liqueur should be mandatory, because: "The Holocaust concludes with necking a Jew's brain."
If you find that a laugh up to you but I and many people don't.

You see there are drinking games, and drinking games, and this ain't one to be proud of.

I don't find the hakenkruz on my -109 in IL-2 automatically offensive or on my model plane as that is the historical context it was in.

I do find people daubing swastica's on themselves and doing Nazi salutes in the name of fun at best distasteful. If the guys who started this think it is a laugh then they have a severe lack of understanding of the world and history and I also doubt whether they are "decent" people.

Sure Facebook in the main does seem to be filled with tossers who have no life.

PS. I also hate the lame excuse "well they're students, students do stupid stuff." Well in terms of doing stupid stuff, British students seem to lead the world.

Freedom Of Speech was never intended to protect popular speech only.

They can say what they wish, but they should also have enough brains to know that others will judge them accordingly, and may react accordingly.

(Note: Freedom Of Speech only protects against speech restrictions imposed by government, NOT other people and entities.)

I don't think this is much of a freedom of speech issue.
the drinkers are not interested in communication a point of view or a message.

My point was that they can say whatever they wish but, they had better be prepared to pay the consequences that other people may bestow upon them.

Quite ironic, considering that Hitler didn't drink. :hmmm:
