What makes you think people were cutting through his property?

Yes the reporter said the woman and her son were cutting through Eric's front yard!:timeout:

Good point, one of the articles did mention that. Interesting that some of the other articles didn't.

Here is some updated information the case

http://www.sphere.com/nation/article...-home/19287446

Evidently he exposed himself to two women that morning. :(

Quote:

The first woman, school librarian Joyce Giuliani, said she heard some loud singing as she left her home and drove to work. As she drove by Williamson's home, she saw him naked, standing directly behind a large picture window.

A few hours later, Yvette Dean was walking her 7-year-old son to school along a trail that runs by Williamson's home.

She heard a loud rattle, looked to her left and saw Williamson standing naked, full frontal, in a side doorway.

"He gave me eye contact," Dean said, but otherwise made no gestures toward her or her son.

As she turned the corner, she looked back at the home, in disbelief at what she had just seen. Again, she saw Williamson, naked in the same picture window.
So he was "accidentally" seen naked through the picture window, a few hours later "accidentally" seen naked through a doorway, and then a few moments later "accidentally" seen naked through the same picture window as a few hours before.

However, I don't think an arrest was in order. The two incidents should have been recorded and a police officer should have given him a written warning.

But some of the articles report his roommates saying that he was drunk and drunk people do stupid things. I am glad he did not get any jail time for this. Let's just hope he takes some prudent precautions if he likes to parade around naked. (although why a guy would want to parade around naked when he was sharing the house with some other guys escapes me.)

Ya know this whole thing could be avoided with some cheap window blinds.

The more information that comes out, the more I think he is deliberately trying "test the law" and "stretch the envelope".

Onkel Neal 01-02-10 11:53 PM

He's a weirdo. They still exist, ya know.

Snestorm 01-02-10 11:56 PM

Yes. He certainly does seem a-bit wierd.

Question is, is he also crimminal?

Assuming that he is not just some stupid drunk, I think you are right.

Oh no a naked man, the world is going to end now, surely.

This is complete bull****. Weird though as it may be, why such a huge issue over nudity?
