A bit Malthusian, perhaps, but I have a sneaking feeling that world population growth is probably self-regulating by definition - you can't have too many people - as they will just die, presumably of starvation.

Germany especially, but all of Europe already has negative growth. No one out there know how to even fill the jobs that will eventually be left behind. They are turning to the Muslim world to fill the gap. France is in front on this part.
