I have it and will upload it today. I guess it is the right one but, there is no readme in it. It is titled Recognition_Manual_GWX3.0_WIP, so I'm fairly sure it is the right one.

I'm not sure what the deal is about the different versions, unless it involves where they're placed on the screen. The .sil files are universal and can be used with any version of SH3.
