Update on SmP v2.3

Well Monday is the last day we merge mods. On Tuesday we're starting to beta test for 2 weeks and fix as much of our mistakes as possible should there be any.

SmP v2.2.5 is a fraction compared to our newer version.

But I can't spoil yet.

If your still interested in SmP v2.2.5 you can get it here,

http://www.moddb.com/mods/super-mod-pack
and here,
http://www.gsc-game.com/index.php?t=...6886&sec_id=17

I am looking for two beta testers should there be anyone interested.

Email me if you want to be part of the team. :yeah:

I'll take the first 2 dudes that get to me first. Trust me it a new stalker game totally uber and you will need a properly setup rig to run it.

Suggested REQUIREMENTS for FULL:
*Strong and stable PC to run the high resolution textures.
*Stalker SOC 1.0005 Only!
*Ideal for systems with x64 OS's
*Oblivion lost 2.2 included!
*Ideal with 4gigs of ram or more.

Suggested Requirements for LITE:
*Average rig but must be stable.
*Will work with 32bit OS but needs tweaking!
*Stalker SOC 1.0005 Only!
*Oblivion Lost 2.2 included!
*Ideal with 3gigs of ram.

The new readme will contain all the wisdom and links to setup your rig correctly and provide knowledge base on mythbusters about "out of memory" CTDs etc.

Oblivion Lost Recipes

Hi, this is my first time on a STALKER forum, and I want to express my gratitude to Kanyhalos and Wolfehunter for their various incarnations of Oblivion Lost, which have turned my favourite game of all time into a masterpiece

I am really looking forward to the new version of OL. Is it too much to expect that saved games from OL 2.2 will work with it? I'm currently worth over 1m roubles, and totally bullet-resistant without armour... ;)

To give something back, one thing I've never seen is a useful list of recipes. I realise that they're of no use without the recipes themselves, but I've found that a printout of the 27 I have, is very useful while holidaying in Yantar; processing artifacts, and getting in some snork-shooting practice, while testing my developing invulnerability

However, I don't want to annoy the developers, who must have created this list originally, and for whom I have a great deal of respect. Would this be a useful place to post the list?

no its better you go to GSC to see or add ideas. This forum is really for military stuff.

SmP is fan fiction. Not a military simulator.

Neal is very considerate of not closing this post. I wasn't sure that he would like it that I post this here but he never gave me a hard time. I thank neal for that one. I know there are a few stalker fans here.

We're getting close to the end of the beta testing. Still few issues to iron out and she's ready.

We're also looking to the future for Supermod Pack V3.0

Ideas are on the table like new playable maps, added story lines. New missions. Just a lot more stuff....
But that's later. We'll take a small break between v2.3 and v3 so we all can enjoy it too. :yeah:
