Disagree,All you get is the chance to man a German Sub,
in a Game that has No German Missions?
Multiplay is Dead In The Water, why?:hmm:
No-one plays it much,
Graphics Are Fantastic,
Gameplay Is Cartoonish,
ask most here Why there is Dust on their cover,
Reason?
Very Disappointing,
A Game Rushed by the Dev Team,
Why They Ever Got Rid Of SH2 On UBI?
Is Beyond me,
In A Game Engine So Big As SH4,
There was Never A Need For An Add-on Disc,
Why A Paying 1.5 Add -on?
Instead of A Free Patch?
To Squeez More Money from Us,
Being A Sub Fan,Yes I Bought The Disc,
Alas Its Growing Dust
GWX SH3 Is Much More Realistic,
Roll on GWX SH4,For Players,
Who Enjoy A More Realistic,
Sub Simulator Approach,
SH2 May not have the Graphics of today,
But Hey It Kicked Some Ass,
And to Enjoy A Game,
We Need Our Asses Kicked:arrgh!:

There are so many wrong facts here I dont know where to begin.

But no german boats is NOT all you get.

Probably the main reason is to get all the up to date patches and to be 'up to date' for all the mods.

The U-boats are there if you want to play with them.

Yes the game was realeased with flaws, what game is not, still the dev's released 4 patches fixing most of the glaring issues promptly.

1.5 at 10 bucks is a good deal by todays standards.

SH2 ... yea I have that too, havent opened it in 4 years.

I agree,Will UBI do to SH3 What they did to SH2?With The Release Of SH5?
Take down The Multiplay Server? We all believe they will,
SH2 & Destroyer Command were so Popular,So Sad,
SH4 was a Rush Release,Lets Hope They Make SH5
as Realistic As Possible for a Simulator Sub Game.:arrgh!:

I havent played SH 4 since the very last patch they released STILL makes your sub look and act like its at Disney Land riding on a rail, even if rough seas. Totally ruins the immersion factor for me. I also still have the bug of getting the same patrols assigned over and over and over.....

GWX is the only thing that has kept me coming back to play as a submariner. I would love to play as a US subcommander, but SH4 for me is still broke. At least the talented GWX team salvaged SH3.

If SH5 is as much as a disappointment as SH4 was, then I will be playing GWX for many more years to come.

So True,by the way If you use Vista For Any Game
Be Advised,Run The Game As Administrator To Avoid
Compatability Issues,Hope This Helps.:arrgh!:

You know what's really funny?

If SH4 had been released already in 1.5 status and with its price also already increased in those 10$, nobody would be complaining about that :hmm:

Your right!!!

I would have paid $60.00 for the game almost 2 years ago (paid 50.00 March 2007). In doing so I would not have scratched my head to understand why an American Campaign simulation game was released with only Metric measurements!! It's still a stretch to me to call them "Imperial"; in the U.S. we don't, and never have (least ways not since we booted the British). Their called "U.S. Customary Units".

This was just one small aspect of the too early release for Ubi. And why did they do it? To make a buck!! To see a return on their advertisement dollor, that had promoted the game for months throughout 2006. Making a profit is fine with me, but don't take advantage of the consumer's good nature by selling an unfinished product and draging out the corrections for the next 2 years. With some of them costing extra!!
