If you look close you'll notice that was a squirt gun.

now... im a dog person

This is what I use on dogs that come into my yard not on a leash. [not the person - just the dog].

Causes much damage to the dog [not the owner of the dog], major holes in the target especially the EXIT point, effective without too much noise to upset the neighbors, and if you miss, no big deal has more rounds without reloading a pistol clip.

Have had our two cats on a uderground electrtical fence and they have never had a problem with bugging neighbors, ever, including leaving MY property - just does not happen.

My BIGGEST problem is the jerks with dogs not on a leash. Cannot keep the darn dogs OFF my property without using this:

Only came ONCE in ten years of unlocking the safety.

FYI:
Had a dog as a kid. 20 years later, after I was married, had to put the dog "DOWN" because of poor health. NEVER do I want to go through that again. With a cat, does not not bug me to do it. Go figure?

Get a scratching post for the cat or the cat will FIND something to use.

And just because the animal is a cat doesn't mean you don't train them like dogs. Cats are just as intelligent, albeit more difficult to train, as dogs are. Especially train the cat to NOT sit under cars in the driveway and the cat will figure out the rest of road safety from there.

Would make a good indoor cat, lots of crazys that would hurt a cute pet like that.:shifty: Like my old neigbors when they captured my cat.:stare: Im glad they moved, bunch of weirdos.

but since i moved to the city and the local stray cats love to use my back porch as a kitty brothel at 2:00 in the morning i am no longer a cat person. they stink, they spray everything, and they are SO loud when they are in the "mood"

cats are now the reason i keep one of these by my back door... http://us.st12.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.c..._2027_60604299

so if you find two cats taking care of business..you shoot them ?

i have a laser sight...

and it puts a red dot firmly on the male cat's "brown eye"

so.... yes!

@ monica... a real dog knows better than to venture out unwanted into someone elses yard.

cats on the other hand run around like they own everything.

I guess this is where I should relate the story about my neighbors dog digging a hole under the fence, came into my yard, and killed my Calico.

I suggest you make your new friend used to the idea of meeting other people, so that it won't be too attached to you, and confront other humans as enemies. We don't want that.;)

We bought a scratching post for our cats but they flatly refuse to use it and prefer to sharpen their claws on anything else such as furniture, wallpaper, my clothes...still, you've got to love them though.

SteamWake 11-04-08 12:33 PM

Get your kitty one of these

Jimbuna 11-04-08 01:35 PM

Yup, very true! Cats are both very trainable and very loyal, it's just that it's not an instant thing with them.

She's looking very good. Here's to a long friendship with you and her :)

Alot of people have things abit confused about us Californians.

About it being the land of Fruits & Nuts.

I'll clear up this confusion.

The Fruits are in Northern Calif.

The Nuts are in Southern Calif.

These Nuts are usually well armed and will shoot anyone that shoots their pets. And... without a second thought. :yep:

If a neighbors pet is causeing you trouble let the neighbor know or use the squirt gun ( diluted amonia ) or ball method.

The life you save just might be your own. :yep:

Dowly 11-06-08 01:41 PM

Tee hee hee, never pass out when Dowly's around!
