There is always an event horizon for photons (including those carrying magnetic
information), what ever the mass of the singularity. In this case you can not
interact with the BH with any >0 mass force carrier. To put in plainly: you can
neither attract or repel the BH because neither positive, nor negative magnetic
information can escape the event horizon as the photons transmitting the
magnetic information away from the BH have a >0 mass (err...effective mass,
rather than rest mass).

I'm looking for the theory on it that I read once before. I have forgoten the details however. Should explain it better and is the only way to control the black hole itself. I hear what you are saying though and it makes sense, but there is more to it than that.

Like its attracted to all sides around it at once, so it settles in the center. Hence becomes magnetically suspended. Magnetic field stays outside its event horizon.
