You do know you can just download the .exe? Right under the link to the .rar, is a quote box, inside is the link to the .exe. That's how I got mine, the mirror was good too.

As for the mod, it still needs work, but I like where it's going. I just hope in the next version they realize three things:

1. Typhoons aren't American, and therefore don't use feet for depth measurement.
2. Typhoons aren't American, and therefore don't have English speaking crews.
3. It would make more sense, and look better, if all panels were from the Akula, except for the launch panel.
