I think it's the install, as I have seen screenshots posted from people with the exact same specs that do NOT have the problem... and I have also heard several cases where people have the same problem with different specs.

I think what we all may have in common is modding the config file and forgetting to roll back before patching. :hmm:

But I'll test that theory tonight...
