Go to 'User CP' (top left of page and then to Edit Signature section then image shack etc. as explained above

mainexpress 03-30-07 02:44 PM

no, im talking about a signature like the one you got,not a screenshot

Jimbuna 03-30-07 02:50 PM

It's the same operation/method...just go to where your sig is stored on your pc and use image shack to get the link  :arrgh!:

Just make sure your pic isnt too big, 400 x 120 is the limit IIRC.

Ctrl + F11
Stored in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\GWXv103 (or SH3 if that's the version your playing)

U-418 04-06-07 12:37 PM

I play the Stock version of SH3.

Jimbuna 04-06-07 12:45 PM

Then it's still Ctrl + F11 and C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SH3

U-418 04-06-07 12:53 PM

Cool, thanks for the info.

ssconvert 08-02-07 01:03 AM

just trying out my sig. I uploaded to mediafire and used the forum embed code. Seems a crap load longer than the imageshack one in the eg.

ffs y so small, its supposed to be 500 by 100.

Dowly 08-02-07 07:28 AM

500 x 100 is larger than allowed. ;)

Jimbuna 08-03-07 05:50 AM

Try this

How'd you do that? Do you use a graphics program like Banner Maker pro or something? What do you use to manipulate/edit pictures?

Jimbuna 08-03-07 12:03 PM

There are dozens of programmes out there. I am currently using Saint Paint :arrgh!:

Simply right click on the sig and choose the option 'Save Picture As...'

They go in your main SH3 directory, you will see them as .bmps'.
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterThree\In Here. again, as .bmps'
or C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\GWXv103
Depends what you named the Main Folder.

If your going to post them here on SS, don't forget to convert them to the much lower sized format 'jpeg'. They will load quicker that way.
