Some decent footage though.

He'll come back in a minute to demonstrate a harbour raid against a BB.

Not just a simple BB, but the mighty Yamato.:D

That was actually rather humorous watching those destroyers (damn, those were some fast sobs) bear down on him while his boat lazily sneaks below the water.

Yes, but compared to the escorts in SH3 GWX the Japanese were complete noobs.

...how lame is German TV :rotfl:

I'm embarrassed by it

trenken 02-19-07 05:15 PM

I just watched that guy fire 5 torps and miss with all of them.

Boris 02-19-07 05:20 PM

:rotfl:Well we don't know yet... he hit pause and he's coming back to it later.

But in his defence, with auto targetting, you expect to hit what you see.

I didn't see that the torpedoes hat wakes, so he probably uses electric eels which are really slow.:hmm:

Training warheads:p.

By the way, why was that other guy wearing a penguin suit? And do they really not have German counterparts for "Tool", "of", "the", and "day":-?? Kinda goes against what I learned in about 5 years of German classes;).

I was wondering the same thing about the penguin suit. And was the other guy supposed to be dressed up like a sea captain with that hat and jacket? Maybe he was doing it in honor of SH4.

LOL, their studio is in Cologne (my home city) and right now we celebrate carnival. Since last thursday everybody is wearing costumes and is getting drunk. Today was a big parade and on wednesday everything is over.

Boris 02-19-07 05:45 PM

Sea captain? more like a mob boss.

Oh well, despite the lameness of the presenters, some nice footage.

@ Safe-keeper, yes, germans interchange a lot with english, especially when talking about things originally in english. But of, the, and day? Not that I noticed.

Did you see the teaser for a special comming in March? They were playing the Russian national anthem. Well it's ok because this guy was on the ex-Russan sub on display in Hamburg.

I was just kidding abou the Mark XIV's as I clicked in late and did not see the show - saw four freaky guys in costumes tho' and am relieved to know it is carnival time and not just a "normal' representation of German television - like say, "SPROCKETS" ***.

;)

Can't wait for the YouTube vid.

Babes, Boobs, and Butts

Even if they do babble on, a site with a show called Babes, Boobs, and Butts; and featuring games like, "Dreamstripper" and "All Star Strip Poker: Girl at Work," can't be all bad. The important stuff is always in English.
