The mod is fully compatible with GWX. It's just a texture file so it makes no alteration in Cfg and other core GWX files. Try it, it Rocks:up:

I recommend it for anyone simply because what has been done here adds A LOT when you in for the kill. The textures and damage have a fantastic look. You will not be disappointed.

I agree. I reckon the size should be about half to one third the size in the shots i've seen. Great looking mod though!

I really like the mod and will try it with Improved Uboat as I have not yet changed over to Grey Wolves or GWX.

I like the look of the mod but the damage IMO is way to large. I have looked at torp damage photos and it is maybe 1/6th the size.

I don't think this hole is too large at all. Remember that those samples pics were taken on a small ship. Real torpedo damage is pretty shocking.

Look at the freak'in holes in those ships:o. That is just something else!!!!! I think the mod is accurate to size after seeing those!:up:

What s astonishing it s when it you ve got a ship with for example two holes which joined together make 1/3 of the ship and the ship keeps floating maybe in making the medium sized ships more vulnerable this ll increase the realism

Hi,
There are two versions of this mod around (v2.0 and Final). Could you tell me which one in your opinion is better, because they seem to differ in file sizes a lot.
In Final version: Expl_mask01_a 175KB, Damage_metal_a 5KB. And in v2.0: Expl_mask01_a 1,025 KB, Damage_metal_a 5 KB. Which one would you recommend?

Just asking, 'cause i've seen screens from v2.0 and what i'm particularily interested in is the random size of the torpedo hit holes. Do these work the same in the Final version? And is there deph charge damage model as well?
