Thanks
Hi frinik,
thank you for support, this pushes me further to find bugs and report them, maybe to put in some ideas later on. quote "the bug with the engine I haven´t experienced" The message appears when you driving around with 3000 rpms in the Tiger tank. It is very hard to achieve 2400 or 2600rpms. I think after the release of Kursk and SOME WHISHES this will be the best tanksim game on "market" thanks to ZWs "fanatism" to create a really nice tank game. Wishes i have too but maybe later will ZW "hear our whishes" as he has a lot to do and its too early. 1, camoed tank with maybe killmarks 2, Panther G late type and Tiger II 3, Opportunity to bail out crew when tank is hit 4, Maybe see my Kameraden inside my tank 5, AI radio operator/MG gunner to fire at enemy soldiers so my gunner wont fire at them. He should destroy enemy tanks Cheers to all members and Panzerkameraden Thank you ZW looking forward to Kursk and all missions. |

I have you covered LC, the engin RPM is 3000rpm Max and the auto- driver has the RPM at 2400RPM. The Killmarks, Unit markings and in-side crew are for new models only Manual drive speed increase. http://i327.photobucket.com/albums/k...eenShot221.jpg Zoom capability in cupula. http://i327.photobucket.com/albums/k...anderZoom_.jpg |
Fixes for updated mission release for zw's members
Hello Zeewolf. Bug report as per my e-mail to you. For other members info, main problem is loss (invisible terrain) of terrain under tracks, some external pulsing flickering graphics and internal views keep flicking back to straight ahead (if for example as the driver looking at steering wheel & pedals below view flicks back to drivers aperture/window. As gunner the sight "runs away" upwards (in F5 expanded view )you can drag it back but then it runs up again.
Installation worked fine before (had to add the 2 dll files when I first installed it). Strangely after first ZW mod install (i.e. the latest as I didn't use the Xmas issue of mission updates) my first German mission ran OK until about 5 min into engagement then tank "climbed" up onto an invisible hill and became airborne! Then the graphic glitches started. Uninstalled mod (OK but extracted the mscvp etc70/71 files. When reinstalled in default T34vsTiger mode as original graphic glitches (flickering invisible terrain) persisted. I searched the registry for "leftovers" but found none. Any advice where to check for traces of files that may be left would be appreciated (I looked in Windows/regedit/HKEY-software) but found nothing untoward to delete. Finally got it back to square one running OK - remodded and same thing happened. :damn: Now uninstalled and trying to get back to square one again. Now doing what all good Panzer commanders do facing inevitable defeat - I've poured a large schnapps and loaded my luger. Odd though as other games are running OK (IL2 1946, COD, OFPDR and Karkov 1942) for example and drivers for GPU must be OK one assumes, if running fine previously. Kinda weird eh? Well here's hoping, not given up yet still hanging in there but any advice welcome. Morttheslayer |
Hi Morttheslayer,
First, Unload you Luger then read the following carefully, This certainly sounds like a hardware conflict. Are the following Files in your T34 T34vsTiger folder: Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger 1.) msvci70.dll 2.) msvcp71.dll 3.) msvcr70.dll 4.) msvcr71.dll 5.) GDIPLUS.DLL Yes or No? or  ZW :hmmm: |

Thanks, That made my day.:haha: To think I have a Luger and a P-38. |
Fixes for updated mission release for ZW Members
Hi Morttheslayer,
First, Unload you Luger then read the following carefully, This certainly sounds like a hardware conflict. Are the following Files in your T34 T34vsTiger folder: Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger 1.) msvci70.dll 2.) msvcp71.dll 3.) msvcr70.dll 4.) msvcr71.dll 5.) GDIPLUS.DLL Yes or No? or  Hi Zee Yes luckily I couldn't find the 9mm ammo so I persevered then a strange thing happened (on the way to the killing zone).............! After I re-installed the Game twice, (Irish joke to be sure to be sure!!)and your mod twice - I had a small re-occurrence (flickering) but very minor. I rebooted and had no more problems - ran solid (so far)! :D It can't be a "heavy" problem I feel, there's a possible conflict or a dogy file don't know but needs more testing yet (or in my case "tinkering on the brink of the abyss)". I will indeed re-check your good advice above and report back - hopefully it may be more positive later. What I've seen so far looks excellent. The battles seem a little more open to tank manouvreing/combat (BTW should the cross hairs illuminate with the reticule segments as mine doesn't/can't remember if it did before? -- I hit the illum key in my excitement BTW). Anyway thanks for quick response and I'll get back later - its 24.00 Zulu Time in the UK and us Panzer Commanders have to get some sleep apparently (according to Head of Gestapo here --- or my wife actually!!) All the best Mort |
That is AWESOME! Panzer Commander Morttheslayer :woot:

new ZW made missions
ZW I think making your own missions make sense as you can make them better than the original ones.
We re behind you 100% Cheers |
Hey frinik, thanks for your willingness to help. I've been busy for the last few days, so I do appologize for not getting back to your attempts to help me. It is late here at this time, so I will try and post as much detail as I can about my problems tommorow with some screenshots I took of the error messages.

Thanks Kamraden, I finished the UP-Date version 2.0, be sure to check your e-mail spam folders. And e-mail me a return so I know you received my first e-mail announcement. A tip for a smooth install : After you install my new up-date be sure to RE-Boot your system. This will clear any virtual cache. This is an area that needs to be clean before you start the program to eliminate those error messages. All the Best :salute: ZW |

[ScriptManager] Duplicate class "<all>" definition It's no bug, you istalled one level to deep in your directory tree. For non vista <drive>:\Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger For vista <drive>:\<Predirectory>\Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger And remember no "\" after the \T34vsTiger Cheers, ZW, |
Hey! This isn't fair,I don't have any weapons in the house.
Although I do have copious amounts of alcohol I find that bug-hunting and heavy drinking don't mix.:har: |

Had similar problem
Lc I had a similar problem when I first installed ZW's latest mod. When I started the game it would crash with a critical error message Duplication Atmosphere folders or something like that and I started suspecting that I had simply the same folders( I has installed Zw's C2m6 mission twice) already installed in my computer and they were creating a conflict.
I searched my game folders which are in C:/prgrams/Lighthouse Interactive/T34 versus Tiger and uninstalled C2m6 and as well I checked in another folder; the C:/Lighthouse Interactive folder which has a default T vsT and there the c2m6 was also installed. I uninstalled it. Then I started my game and it worked perfectly. If Zw's solution does not work just try mine. Uninstall any previous C2m6(whether the members only or the freebie) and check all folders where they could be lodged. Once you have eliminated any such remaining previous download of the last German mission your duplication should be solved. Try and good luck! |

thought about that what you wrote, because earlier i asked ZW to sent me "Hitpoint" script and "Steel road wheels for Tiger I" script. I know its not realistic but i like those steel wheels. Every time i replaced and installed those scripts, i had that error messages. I tried your suggestion but problem remained. Now i try a new installation of TvT and only with this last update. Hope that will solve my problem. I give you later a report how that worked. thank you very much comrade for both of you |
No go
Hello,
frinik i tried your suggestion without Zw's C2m6 mission. But now another message script manager syntax error: parse error in file "Scripts\CommonHitPoints.script line=80, char=1 Hey, but made a kopie of working game, so i have two TvT folders. If one scraps, i have to copy the working one without installing every time. Thanks, looking for line |
Parse Error
Lc then it's definitely - as you suspected - thta hitpoint script which you downloaded that's causing the problem, My understanding is that with Zw's upcoming C version with all the fixes you won't need those hitpoint scripts anyway. Perhaps could could delete or uninstall them?I considered isntalling them my self by then I saw ZW's message announcing another version of his release with all the comprehensive fixes so I dropped the idea.
I was wondering what a "parse error" is and according to my research it's an error in syntax.Could it be that one the scripts that you downloaded contains an error of syntax in the text????According to some reports I have read on the net even something as simple as writing I'm instead of I am can results in a parsing error!!!!It's got to be something written in the script of thatd ownload that's creating the error. Hope it can help shedding some light! Cheers Frinik |
I must appologize that i didnt explained exactly what happend. Hope now you understand frinik.
There was the second update where ZW wrote 1, Delete this file \T34vsTiger\Models\u_veh_T34_AI852.script Sorry guys my mistake I will repair the MO file 2, My mistake again. Replace the Hitpoints.script with the one in this zip Fix_HitPoints.zip Place it here: \Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger\Scripts\Common Here i tried to change hitpointfix script maybe one or two weeks ago. After installation i had those error messages. So i left that Fix_HitPoints.zip and installed ZW_MO_T34vTigerUpdate_v1. No messages game worked fine. Today i made a fresh install of TvT with these updates from ZW ZW_Mods Msvcr_FilesZW_MO_T34vTigerUpdate_v1 ZW_MO_T34vTigerUpdate_v1B (35Mb) with the monster KV-85. It worked well too. Then installed ZW_MO_T34vTigerUpdate_v2B (today) and by starting the game this message appeared script manager syntax error: parse error in file "Scripts\CommonHitPoints.script line=80, char=1 So here i am. But its funny how to deal with it and find solutions. BTW frinik i read about youneed files for steelfury? Can i help you? Have some of those files. cheers LC |
