That is what I am talking about - you need an AGP card and there are not many decent performing ATI cards left. The x800 GTO is the best bang for the AGP buck right now that I know of. That is why I mentioned it.

Wow. The minimum x1000 series of cards I would ever buy is an x1600 minimum. If I had an NVidia 5500, I'd keep it until you can get at least the x1600 in the 1000 series since the x1300 will probably have lower FPS than the 5500!

Correct. I choose that cause its simular to the GF7300 which he wants but can't have.

I recommend the 6800gt but might be abit dear.

The Nvidia 6600GT and ATI X800GTO are very good cards for the price, anything below is basically a waste of money. I would take the X800GTO.

Just got an eVga 7600GT for $180. Pretty impressed with it so far.

Agreed. The x800 GTO is faster, but if you are making a Media Center system, the 6600 GT is the card to get - has excellent video.
