i think it's really only called Football because apart from the goal keeper-
you have to use the feet to move the ball around--for the most part any way-- you can use your head or chest in fact any other part of your anatomy other than your hands and arms--

Has there ever been a better combination? I doubt it but I'm sure the more qualified football (soccer) nuts could advise on that.
