If you find exact proof that IC or any other mod has been taken by SeaWolves, do document this. Keep it as proof; you've done a great job of exposing the facts the first time around and, should this be a re-play - I'm sure we can do the same.

The SHIII Mod Community is aware of Seawolves, and have responded very negatively to their work before due to them having taken work from free mods by members of the community - without permission - and using it for profit. These are two big no-no's.

If the Seawolves producers wish to come clean and show that their new work is 'clean' and will not use unfairly-obtained content used for profit, then there will be discussion.

Until then, it seems all Seawolves threads devolve into flame wars, personal attacks and rather nasty stuff - and if they do so, they will not be tolerated, since this is in violation of Subsim forum rules.

Regardless, Seawolves seems to be marketed as an expansion. A mod, by definition, is a non-profit community release - which Grey Wolves or NYGM TW are, but Seawolves is not.
